Module transmitting while using Simulator over WiFi

I found out that When using Vbar controller with Heli-x Simulator via WiFi - the transmitter continues to use the internal module to transmit its signal and can be connected to the Vbar flybarless unit on the heli.

I think it would be better if the module is disabled when using the simulator - to preserve the TX battery, and to reduce module usage and wear.

Maybe it is something you could change and update?

Yes, we can think about this.
But you dont need to care about wear and battery life. The Radio is not using much power in relation to the whole device. And the radio didnt wear out on usage.

Btw: If you take a look inside a Evo radio or a VBar EVO, you will find, that there are no electrolytic capacitors used. Its a fully ceramic design which guarantees long lifetime of the electronics especially at high temperatures.
