Vbc touch registered but not showing in account.

Hi

I scanned qr code on my new tx and it went to my account page here, I clicked register and the loaded apps appeared on the screen but now I have gone back into my account and the device is not there , have I done something wrong ?

Hi,

you seem to have a split personality or in other words, two customer accounts.
One with the gmail-address (created in 2013 and in use at our shop web site until 2019), and one with an ntlworld-address (created in 2009 and in use at our shop web site until 2014).

Your transmitter is registered to the account with the gmail address ...

Ok Eddi will have a look again, I log in here under the Gmail address but cannot see it I will log out and back in.

Also silly question , my original VBC touch got screen damage from screws when opening it up which was sent back to you to repair, I am soon opening this one, no issues now I assume I will be careful.????

Sorry cannot see it still, apologise for the mixed accounts, can you move the registration over to this account I am using now?

My devices still showing nothing.

No panic, plenty of stuff to play with in meantime

Not likely. There was a time some years back when, on a limited number of VBar Control Touch, bolts 2 mm too long were used.
Not any more, and I'm pretty sure we got them all back then, too.

Still, please use a little dexterity when bolting things (it) back together, the other thing which may happen is, after 'tight' comes 'loose' ...
