OMPHOBBY M4 MAX Helicopter 85A ESC OSHM4X023

Hello,
I have a Vbar EVO+ transmitter and a older NEO receiver that I'm getting ready to use in a new helicopter build.
The new build is a OMPHOBBY M4 MAX RC Helicopter using a OMPHOBBY M4 MAX Helicopter 85A ESC OSHM4X023 ESC.
I've seen on the net that you support the OMP ESC's and to get a jump on my build (it's not arrived yet), I'd like to know what if anything I may need to successfully hook up telemetry if at all possible.

Hello Mark,

this might be adressed to OMP as they sell the ESC. Unfortunately we don't have any experience with this combo. But - having a look at our code it should work and also be recognized here as well as a one button setup for the ESC in the model setup menue.

- create new model on VBar, not connecting ESC Telemetry
- then ensoure battery logbook and OMP app is loaded
- connect all. turn on
- select/create battery
- in model setup (edit) scroll down to ESC, select mode

Thanks for the quick reply - Have not had alot of success trying to figure out the wiring but the attached image helps show what I'm planning.
I've purchased a "05088 VBar Control/Scorpion ESC-Cable, 350mm" from your store and I'm planning on switching out the 3 pin header with the 4 pin header pictured. Next I will wire it like shown, -nv goes to the black wire and tx goes to the grey wire.

Please let me know what you think.

I know this is probably a tricky question since you stated earlier that you don't have knowledge of the 85A ESC.
Can you tell me if you experience you can share for the OMPHobby 65A ESC, if so can you share the wiring please.

Understood - how about this question.

Can you tell me if the attached image shows the correct pins on TELEM port. Is Black GND and White the signal wire from the ESC telemetry out. This info alone will greatly help.
