Switch no 2 disassembled itself

Hi.

My switch number 2 disassembled itself today, so i must replace it. (See attached image)

is this item no. 04978 from the mikado shop?

Also i see that our reseller also have a switch with the same item number from mikado, but according to the image on the web page this have a circuit board for braking out the wires.

Can i also use this part, or will it not fit?

You can - we changed from board to boardless a few years ago - but the function is the same.
