VBCt/VBCe Cloud functionality

Hi All

If a user have both a VBCt and VBCe(new) and wants to keep using both transmitters the data needs to be copied from the Touch old to the new Evo.

The problem is that although all copied data shows in the cloud when looking at the VBCe but when you now connect to a Neo that had pics and timers all set on the Touch it is not on the VBCe, even selecting the pic for the model again (available under ADD NEW it will not show on the VBCe. Reconnecting to the VBCt it is all normal again.

What can be done to get the two radios to synch all data when you select copy from one to the other?

You can only use one as master and wipe the other (secondary) one in cloud and on the radio, then do cloud recovery (source is the master).

There is no sync between multiple radios.

Thanks for that but it is a bit confusing as the function is called COPY

Will have to look into the cloud recovery as I have not seen that function anywhere.

Copy means to copy cloud data from the radio in the dropdown to the current one on the screen.

Of course you should wipe the target one first (cloud and on radio) and then copy.
To transmit then use the recovery - this does the final step to get all on the radio.
