Wi-Fi connection problem...

It was good until March
I'm trying to access the cloud to change the airplane photo, but I can't even see the Wi-Fi list
For your information, it is the same with 2.4g or iPhone Android hotspot.
I think it's a Wi-Fi module problem
(I don't even get the wlan mac address)
I bought it in November 2021
I think there's still some warranty left. What should I do?




When I search the bulletin board, I can only see that they want me to change to WIFI 2.4G

can you please create a service ticket at vstabi.info/devices, so we can continue from there?

If it's the WiFi module, warranty ain't a problem—more so, that we have next to no replacement items left, even for after sales purposes.
Could be that you have to wait for a repair/replacement, until we have new main boards available.

But let's start with a service ticket, OK?

Hi,

I'm afraid that's not possible.

To backup, you can copy the files from your radio to your computer.
Technically, it should be possible to save an image in a way so it works with VBar Control Touch, then copy it to the model folder.
But I'm not familiar with the specs (image size x*y px with special aspect ratio @ RGB color space, file type, maybe Rainer (RV) can answer this so you can help yourself, for the time being.
The cloud does this conversion for you, could also be that you can save the converted image to your computer, then copy it where it belongs ...

To clarify:

the required format is a BMP with 140x80px or 280x160px (must have a look later) as RGB 5-6-5 encoding w/o alpha channel and w/o unneded header datas. As the pixels in VBCt have a bit (3.5%) more height than width - this must be pre-compensated too.

On display in the cloud view for the pilots we don't show this format. We show a png there with the right ratios for screen display.

So at all - a manual download/install is not possible at this point.
