Re: Vbc-t , goes off, it restarts quickly and reconnects

I have had the same thing happen with my vbar control touch on both neo and silverline vbars. It connects after first powering on then disconnects after a few seconds then reconnects. The logs simply show it as a disconnection as if powering off with no errors. Rarely happens and only happens after initially connecting. The radio has been in close proximity to the model for all events like this (within 0.5m).

The behaviour you see is normal because there is some oversampling at the telemetry messages - so they can't be read and the VBC shows this by the disconnect screen. Just move the VBC a bit - and it "reconnects" (although it keeps sending out all the time).

Thanks for responding. For 'normal' behaviour it's a bit worrying when your radio has told you it has disconnected for no apparent reason. Perhaps an update can change how VBCt responds to this situation.

I am afraid not. This situation comes up depending on the ingoing signal stremgth from the telemetry. In teh VBC we can reduce ( "N" ) Tx power to avoid oversampling in the model, but we can't do this in the NEO's for the telemetry at the moment.
