Is there an English speaking forum for non vlink

I purchased a used neo non vlink and even though is is in my list and says it is OK I cannot connect to it.

I have done the key thing and still nothing.

I would like to move rescue from my destroyed neo to the unassigned ones in my list.

When I connect I get a warning it is not in my list of devices but yet it is and shows to be OK

Did you download the new key file after registering and move it to the right folder?

I put the jumper in and went to Control manager clicked on the bar, logged in and assigned the neo to me it shows up in my devices as OK it shows basic programing

Yes, I down loaded the key file and found it in my downloads file
I then moved it to my desk top
Then I went to my system C, program files x86 file and found the VStabi 53 looked for a key file and removed it.
Then I went to my desktop PU the key file and dropped it in my VStabi 53 file
I went into VStabi 53 and there is a key file with the date and time of the transaction.

I went into VStabi Neo and I get a warning something to the effect this neo is not in my files which it is.

What about moving pro/rescue from a destroyed Neo to this different neo. The destroyed one can be removed from my list after I get the rescue moved over.

Keyfile should be in the folder called VBarControl.

In this case ALWAYS open a service request for the defective device. Our Servie would probably let send you the device back and offer a discount for a new one including the license transfers.

Just try, it is worth doing it ...
