Vstabi NEO GUI

I've purchased a NEO and installed the VStabi software for the NEO on my Laptop running windows 8.1 64bit. I have the same problem I've had with v5.3. That is, the GUI doesn't allow me to enlarge the box, which I thought I read was rectified with v6 software. Basically, the GUI is too small, cutting off information I need to see during setup. How can this be cured with v6?

not sure if it's already available in Win 8.x but in Win 10 I saw in the context menu (right click, properties) a panel where you can adjust the behaviour, for legacy Apps, how they shall be displayed.

Might be an other option.

I deleted my icon from my desktop or capable of restoring it as I clear out my trash daily. Is there a way to recreate a desktop icon?

Search the install directory and creste a new shorthut.

this won't work.


He can add it again by doing a simple re-install as best option.

Or ..

In Windows Programs (Windows Key, search at "V" right click on the NEO Icon, open folder, copy the link there to desktop.

I reinstalled then added -e2 at the end of the target.. However, the program won't open after adding -e2.. Do I have something wrong here? See the following..

"C:\Program Files (x86)\VBarControl\jre\bin\javaw.exe" -Xmx200M -jar "C:\Program Files (x86)\VBarControl\VStabiShell61o.jar" -c config_62 -n-e2

Hi Raz,

please separate -e2 by a blank, as mentioned in the FAQ (it would read -n -e2 _not_ -n-e2).
