Vbar neo set up issue

I am trying to set up a Vbar with a DX 9 using the software however I am having connection issues. All the neos are registered and I am downloading the key file but continue to get the failed connectivity message.

USB is green but I can not get past this step.

if USB is green, most probably only the key file is not present or not current. Please download again from vstabi.info/devices, and make sure it's named keys.sto (no other characters, numbers), and move it to the program directory (usually c:\program files\VBarControl).

The key file is like a key chain and always contains all the units registered at the time of the download.

Solved the issue. Deleted all key files and emptied the recycle bin. Documentation needs to be updated to state this as it is not clear.
