what is the smallest size computer That is need to do setup with NEO?

the vBar setup application normally uses a resolution of 975 x 575 pixels (without scaling parameter –e).

The smallest Windows tab I could find is a TrekStor SurfTab Wintron 7.0 with a screen resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels for ~£60. (e.g. Trekstor SurfTab wintron 7.0)

The application will fit the screen, if you hide the taskbar (Windows taskbar uses 40 pixels under Windows 10).

Additionally, you will need a USB OTG adapter to connect the vBar to the mirco USB port of the tab (like USB-OTG-Adapterkabel).

I used a old Samsung NC10 Netbook (Win XP) for many years. Also 1024+600 resolution.
