Neo connection Issue

Hello,
I am new to Neo, but not to Vbar.
Per the instructions, PC software was updated, Neo was registered, a key was created and copied into the Vstabi directory.
Windows reports the driver was installed correctly, USB shows green in Vstabi 5.3 but the Neo will not connect to the software.
Vstabi 5.3 was started, then the RX powered Neo was connected.
Attached are screen shots which indicate everything loaded correctly.

Any help on what to try next would be appreciated.

Looks like you are using VStabi 5.3, isn't there a v6 for the Neo as v6 is the version on the Neo.

Edit:
Yep, just checked mine, VStabi v6.17, you need to download the latest version.
