Vplane/ flaps setup / not getting enough throw

Hello

This has always been a problem for me. Im trying to setup a glider with flaps. But I cannot get full throw on the servo. Vcontrol is limiting the throw even though it's set to 120 both directions.

Mechanical set up is fine. The main route cause is lake of servo movement due to the software.

Is there a video or instructions I can follow?

Can someone please explain why the software does this? Other transmitters seem to be much easier to set up with things like this.

2 questions:
- Monitoring the Flap output (MC, see bar there) is it going from -120 to +120 or only from 0 to one side?
- is the surface used for flaps used for other functions where it must go "upwards" or not?
