VE Elev and VE Tail

I see there are new input selections for macrocells called VE Tail and VE Elev. Where are these inputs from and when would they be used? I assume it has to do with thrust vectoring but have no idea on how it works or where the input is derived from.

You need to install a special app for this on your VBCt.

If someone agrees it ist only experimental w/o support and use on own risk - let me know.

I know it comes without support, but exactly what is changed and what is the app called. I see nothing new on my VBCt.

Is this a new setup selection or just macrocells for enabling VE control.

I see there are update for VPlane NEO Basic, Old VPlane Setup, Voices and Rescue Settings/Status
I can use Rescue on VPlane ??

This are minimal changes, no biggie. VPlane does not support rescue.
