How do you upload VPlane files and Macro files?

RV requested that I upload my current VPlane and Macro files for him to help me.

How does one go about doing that?

Save the setup file to your VBC/VBCt, and save the Macrocell setup to your VBC/VBCt, naming them to the model name for easy recognition. Connect to PC and copy both these files to your PC and zip them and attach to the forum thread.

I've saved the setup file and saved the macrocell file to my VCT.

Now I have to copy these two files to my laptop.

Do I have to "zip" them?

Or can I simply attach them to the forum thread?

I cannot "see" my VCT from my laptop.

Is this a connection via WiFi or do I connect a cable from the VCT USB port to the laptop USB port?

Do I have to use the VBar Control Manager?

I am totally confused.

Connect the USB cable, set VBCt to USB drive in TX settings and use Explorer in Windows to navigate to the VBC which will be shown as a drive.

I can now see the VCT as a drive.....and many folders.

I labeled my files to be uploaded as NUANCE G2....which is the VCT name for this aircraft.

There is a folder called "macro" and in this folder is a file named "NUANCE G2" which I assume
is the macro setup file to be uploaded.

Also, there is a folder called "vplane" and in this folder is a file named "NUNACE G2". Is this
file the VCT "setup file"?

I just want to make sure.

I archived the two files into two ".rar" files and attempted to upload them
but I don't think it succeeded.

I tried to "attach" the files for uploading but no "send" button appeared.

Still am confused about this process.

The forum only accepts ZIP files and not RAR files. So you need to compress the files to ZIP archives.

That was my issue....I tried to upload a "rar" file instead of a zip file.

Little by little I am learning the german language.
