Cannot Register Mini VBar to my account ?

Hi

I bought a mini vbar from a guy and want to register it to my account so I can use it with Vplane. I hooked it up to 5.5 desktop software. I recorded the serial number. Then I went into my devises on vstabi.info and entered the serial number and tried to register it to my account but it will not. It gives me a message "Former owner mail address does not match." Can you please help me getting it registered to my account ?
