Setting idle for electric plane using motor switch

I would like to setup an idle on an electric plane using the motor switch. What I’m trying to do is to have the motor start at around 5% throttle when I flip the motor switch to Motor On. I can’t figure out how to do that. I tried using mixers for the ESC channel within macro cells but that doesn’t seem to help with what I need. Can I get some pointers on how to program this? Here is what I need.
1. Motor Off: No motor power
2. Motor Idle: 0 power at 0 throttle, 100% power at 100% throttle
3. Motor On: 5% power at 0 throttle, 100% power at 100% throttle.

Use a VBCt, set up as gasser plane.
In the parameter modify app select a swicth dirven one, motor switch, absloute, 5% - Switch direction must be off -5% , idle 0% and run 5%
