Hi Guys

I installed one of my old Blueline VBars in my PilotRC 50cc gas plane back in 2015, when my helicopters got upgraded to Neo's.
It flew well..... but has not flown in 5 years !!

Due Covid19 boredom I did got it all up and running again.
I had 2 good flights.

On the 3rd, the gyros went nuts and the plane rolled right and pitched down.
I turned off the gyros and continue flying!!!

On the 4th flight, if I tried turning the gyros on, It was fine.

I have download the logs and ALL my flights have the same error many times.

"Warn;Sensor Data Checksum Error"

Is there anything I can do, or is it time for the trash bin?

Regards
Paul

Check your igntition! Either You have massive disturbances or maybe a loose sensor cable or socket - wiggle there and check the log ;-)

Hi Rainer

Just an update... ALL FIXED, Thank you.

I tried filling with the ignition box and re-routing the wiring away from the VBar, that had little effect.

I was running a Western Robotics BEC and a Tech-Aero Utra Ignition BEC.

I tested it out with a separate 2s lipo for the Vbar/servos and the ignition..... perfect.
So I knew it was something with my electronics.
With a quick process of elimination, I figured it was the Western Robotics BEC....
I moved it away from the Blueline VBar and now having no errors.

Thanks again.

Regards
Paul
