Night Light Activation

I have a night flying plane, which I want to set up with VPlane. Is it possible to switch the LED lights on/off via VControl? What additional device would I need to buy?

You need a app for your VBar Control and the right hints from our side to assign a switch and channel - and of couse some usual hardware for nightflying. ;-)

First -- which VBar will be used? Mini? Full? NEO?

Well I just fitted a Mini Blueline to my Night Visionaire. Currently I have to turn on the lights with a switch inside the model. Hopefully maiden flight on Friday.

I will be buying a Neo when released but I want to try that in a heli first.

OK - for mini:

On a VPlane Mini we have 2 outputs. RXA center pin is Cell 1 (Elevator) signal, RXA lower pin is Cell 4 (Rudder). Power supply must be taken from another RC with Y-Harness.

in both cases i would use a 3-level cell from the regarding output socket - and program it as 3-level.
