Please explain the Channel Mapping when using Expert Aux App

The Expert Aux App has a nice table layout howerver there is some confusion in the table.

Is the "Makrocells" for the Pro Aux app or the Expert Aux app, the table indicates Pro Aux however the table is shown under the Expert Aux app?

Please explain how a cell is mapped to a channel and how this correlates to which pin out on a vbar-mini device.

Now for the real question, I have an airplane that I would like to try this out on and I have two aileron servos, two elevator servos, a rudder servo and a ESC, wishing to use the Vbar-Mini and no Y connectors I see the table Makrocells show that I can have two aileron and two elevator servos, what is missing is the physical part which shows the mapping to the mini -vbar. I would need a way to map the RD, K3, K2, K1, RX C, RX B and RX A to the physical outputs of the vbar and am unclear based on the Makrocells table.

Please define each output with its pinouts, I understand RXC, RXB and RXA are only outputs and have no +/- pins for servos, which will require me to make a custom harnesss which is easy. I just dont want to spend hours trying to figure out the mapping and which pins do which function.

Thanks
Chris

Hello Chris,

The table should show up which makro cells are in use with the regarding apps (pro aux and nitro gov). So if someone uses them with the Expert Aux together - he must take care to avoid conflicts if the regarding pro aux/nitro function is used. If not - he can override it with the expert of course. It is a real expert app - and needs some kind of "bench self-studying" before getting it into real models. Just connect some servos on the bench - and try.

RXB and RXC do have + - and RXA is the only one with 3 i/o pins. so RXA mid and lower pin is the only for Expert Aux possible one. The others are all named and used in the plane wizard.

Ahh ....

i thoght the number of servos was per flap ;-(

Thanks Rene!

We have on a Mini per default:

- 1 elevator
- 2 aileron
- 1 rudder
- motor

The RXA spares are unregulated channles - no connection to the wing mixers ;-(

So in your case - a Silverline or Blueline would be right, here we can use one of the free wing mixers (for planes with landing flaps) to set up the second rudder servo ;-)
