Battery Logbook Not working

I have a V-Bar EVO Control with v7 software. I have Neo V-Links with a Hobbywing 130A Platinum V4 and 80A Platinum V4 with the telemetry cable and V-bar firmware loaded on both HW ESCs. I can see all HW telemetry on both models, including mah used.

I also have the Battery Logbook app installed and checked. However, I do not get the battery logbook icon nor does the Vcontrol evo ask me about the battery I am using on either model. I have tried uninstalling the battery logbook app and re-installing it, but no luck. What could be the issue. I have followed all the steps in various videos, and I know that my hobbywings are capable of supporting the battery telemetry. I have seen videos with the exact HW models utilizing the battery logbook.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

OK, I got it worked out. I connected my V-Control to my PC with the Vbar Control Manager and it updated the firmware, after rebooting the battery manager worked as expected. Still a bit odd, I figured the EVO being a fairly new radio stock firmware would have worked with the battery logbook out of the box. Maybe updating the apps and firmware through the PC reset something for it to work. In any case, I'm happy that this is solved.
