can't get V control to update with V basic NEO

Having trouble getting my V Control to update the V Basic NEO applications. I have registered 3 V Basic's.
Here is a screenshot. The NEO basic don't seam to bind and connect.

All good here on the server - just checked it with mine.

Can you please retry and ensure there is no VBar bound/on during the update?
