your setups, in terms of figures, are good for 2,530 1/min (1,100 kV motor) or 2,420 1/min (1,050 kV), at nominal voltage.
At high loads and battery empty, and if you want to leave the governor some headroom to actually govern, probably 2,030 / 1,930).
So if you're content now, I don't think it's necessary to change the pinion because of the 50 kV difference, while the 12T still might provide a bit more punch.
Might even have helped with the 4025 motor
