Swashplate gain

I'm a scale flyer from my 200 to 700 size helicopters

Helicopters fly great in forward flight but some times it does not want to settle down in a hover or slow and low flying

What gain would I need to adjust or experiment with to get the helicopter steady in a hover?

This is an align 500 in a Hughes 500 fuselage.

I have the regular neo with pro and rescue

Scorpion ESC 80
Vbar gov 1900 RPM
Gain 20
Collective ad 15
Cyclic ad 5
Collective Dynamic 0
Basic throttle 50
Intertgral 20
ProportionaL limit proportional limit 20

Okay - this doen't sound wrong at any point here.

I would do this:

- check COG
- check Trim Flight
- check with one/two clicks swash rotation to get 85 or 80 deg of lead only (depends on the main head, blades etc).
- check with 20 points more or less gain
