User define mainscreen, downloaded file is empty.

Hello all,

I've tried to use the User defined mainscreen page (https://www.vstabi.info/en/node/1749), but every single time I download the "usr" file, it is empty. If tried to do so on 2 different Win10 computers and an Android tablet, with multiple browsers.

I also don't understand how the Load/Save buttons are supposed to function. If I type in a name, and click Save, a window pops up to confirm the save, but I don't see that anything is saved anywhere.

Am I doing something wrong? Maybe the tool stopped working?

The Load/Save is from our server.

So - create a design, save it on the server and then download it.

If you want to change later - load from the server, edit, save, download it.

I followed your instructions, but still cannot save a design.

I start by entering a name, then click save. At this point, the name is erased. The name doesn't appear where "New Configuration" is shown.

So , if I continue and edit the design, click save and then download, the file is still empty.

Just checked - all working as it should.

Probably a issue with your PC / Browser?

Which OS and Browser is in use? Is Javascript allowed?

So it turns out the problem was that my VBar Control was not registered to my account. As soon as I registered the transmitter, the tool worked.
