760 pulse option on cyclic servos? New NEO?

I recently seen Ralph in an interview speaking as to a new Vbar NEO due to some electronics shortage but also some comments of the new new being a big upgrade from a hardware perspective.

My question is are there also some firmware updates coming and one of the parts to be able to set 760 pulse for cyclic servos?

I have read of some reasoning to not, however many manufacturers are making servos now to accomodate other FBL systems which do have this feature, even Spirit FBL systems now have it as Futaba CGY 760 system does?

Please let us know what improvements are with the new neo and as well if we can expect some firmware updates soon for existing NEOs and new ones coming. Thanks!

Ulirch might answer as soon as the time is ready for this. Consider this was the first test example - and so please expect nothing too early. We have some other stuff to do also - and each one takes its time.

details will follow once we have solid information.
Right now, we're still exploring new limits, with different setups, on different helis.
And even now, test pilots Marik and Alex would have grinned 360° had they no ears

LOL oh man! Can you elaborate with ANY details as to what these changes, or improvements are that the test pilots are liking?

Better tail performance, cyclic, feel? Anything at all to say ?

I can try and repeat what Marik said: it was never as easy and quick, to perform certain maneuvers, quicker, even more aggressive, with even less stick inputs, particularly with even less correcting.
And man, it showed.
Even just watching him testing, not doing a routine, his 700 seemed like a different heli, all by itself, but even more so compared back to back.
Both on cyclic and tail.
There still seems to be room for improvement, what this NEO can tickle out of a top-shelf setup is not the limit.
You think you've seen it all, end of the flagpole ... and then, this.
Like, holy cow!!

I can't and won't go into technical details, and it's about the feel after all, what the combination of hardware and software can make out of an overall setup, it's not about numbers.

Is expert setting will available for adjustments out of the box? Or like for current Neo - will require to purchase Pro firmware license?

it's all not yet decided, it's not even set in stone what parameters will be/need to be adjusted.
That's what I mean with, still exploring.

But expect—as always—that Express will give you a good starting point, with all the required settings for a sraigtforward setup, to make a model fly well, while Pro will offer more in-depth settings, unleashing it's full potential.
Pilots will very likely already benefit from the new NEO Express, but even more so with Pro.

Thanks for the answer. Metal case would be great option from start of sales. Current Neo plastic case is very fragile.

Most excited I’ve been for a Mikado product for awhile now. You may have stopped me from trying the futaba forbidden fruit here. I’ll be awaiting this new Neo salivating for a add to cart option. Hoping before snow falls here in Canada!!!

Well.... seen the announcement on RC Heli Hangout on facebook from Mikado USA!!

Here is to hoping the new Evo FBL unit it out before new years and that you seriously consider the 760us/560hz option for the swashplate! I know you do not feel it is necessary, however it is something people want to try and have ability for themselves I can tell you this with certainty.

I am certain this new Evo tech for the tx and the fbl unit allow it so please do consider this if you have not.

Excited to try the new goods once they are available!
