Neo - Device Unknown Id or not online!

Hi There

Was trying to save the settings on one of my Neos however I keep on getting the message "Device Unknown Id or not online!" even though I had previously registered it and updated it with pro etc.

The VBar Control Manager recognises it and displays the serial number etc.

However the actual VStabi site (for registration and editing etc) comes up with the following message consistently "Device Unknown Id or not online!"

I have never had this issue before so any assistance would be greatly appreciated
