Professional App Purchase

I purchased the Professional app module for my Control Touch. I can see the app listed in my account online (all with green checkmarks).

When I go to the touch itself I do not see the Professional apps. I can see my list of apps, but the list ends with

Voice
Appearance
Old Devices

Professional is not listed even after updating. What step am I missing?

This is true and intended.

This apps can only be enabled/disabled through web UI.

Best I can tell the Professional app is enabled through the web UI (all Green checkmarks and "OK's"winking smiley. My only choice through the web UI now is to unload the app. How do I get the Professional apps that I paid for to show up on my control touch? (I had no problem with Pro plus Rescue).

I found the Pro apps once I looked for them under model set up. All is good, thank you!

Hi,

for sake of completeness, the Apps a) only show when a suitable VBar NEO is connected and b) replace the original menu entries.
