Has the Mikado MIK-4928 Wireless Simulator Adapter been discontinued?

I hope not!

Yes - as it was based on non-flyable Minis - and there is no production anymore.

As an alternative use a NEO VBasic which can also deliver a PPM signal.

Otherwise - with HELI-X - Sim can be done (VBCt) with WIFi also.

Hi,

VBasic has the benefit that you can use it either way, as a wireless interface, or to radio-control anything else, you could even update it to a full-blown NEO at a mouse click.
Price-wise (as VBasic) it's not that much off, so we decided to follow that route.

Heli-X with WiFi is king, though

auch ich hatte vor, mir den Simulator „VSim“ zu kaufen.
Leider ist das ja, wie ich jetzt erfahren muss, nicht mehr möglich.
Zu Eurem alternativen Angebot, den Simulator über einen Vstabi-Basic-Empfänger zu betreiben, habe ich folgende Fragen:
1.) Brauche ich für den VStabi NEO eine spezielle Simulatorsoftware?
2.) An welchen VStabi- Ausgang wird das Klinkenstecker-Kabel angeschlossen?
3.) Woher bekomme ich das Klinkenstecker-Kabel?
4.) Wann ist der VStabi NEO VBasic- Empfänger wieder erhältlich?

I too had planned to buy the simulator "VSim".
Unfortunately, as I have to learn now, this is no longer possible.
Regarding your alternative offer to run the simulator via a Vstabi-Basic- receiver, I have the following questions:
1.) Do I need a special simulator software for the VBar NEO?
2.) To which VStabi output the „Audio Jack Adapter Wire“ is connected?
3.) Where do I get the „Audio Jack Adapter Wire“?
4.) When will the VBar NEO VBasic receiver be available again?

1. nein. Aber einen Dongle oder ein RX2Sim, was eben aus einem Empfänger-Ausgang einen USB-Joystick macht.
2. AUX1, Masse und Signal. RX2Sim könnte sogar ausreichen, um die NEO mit Spannung zu versorgen, aber keine Garantie ...
3. scheint, als wären die auch nicht mehr am Lager. Aber google Mikado 04910, und Du wirst fündig.
4. kann ich leider nicht sagen :-/ falls 'man' eine NEO VLink 2. Generation 'übrig' hat, kann man die umflashen auf VBasic, und voilà. Und wenn's nur übergangsweise ist, sie wird ja nicht schlecht davon.

Die alternative mit der Touch wäre Heli-X und WLAN ... einfacher geht's nicht.

1. No. But you need a Dongle or RX2Sim, something which converts a receiver output to a USB joystick input.
2. AUX1, ground and signal. If RX2Sim, that one could be powerful enough to power the NEO, but no guarantee.
3. Seems like we don't have the wire in stock, either. But if you google Mikado 04910, you will find what you need.
4. I have no information :-/ but if 'one' had a 'surplus' NEO VLink of the 2nd generation, one could make that one a VBasic, and that's that. And if it was only temporarily, they don't wear from that.
