Vcontrol Touch/Neo Pro Rescue - Apps not working

So I just got this setup, running firmware 6.4 - I cannot get certain apps to load like for example battery ID, fixed battery ID, and the hobby wing app.

Am I missing a step? ESC is updated to the proper vbar firmware.

Whic NEO is connected? - Please post SN od VBC and NEO - so i'll have a look at the database.

Consider a valid pro/rescue license for the NEO is required and the pro/rescue firmware must be loaded on the NEO.

Which version does the VBCt show at powerup? 1.1.???

Figured it out. I was previously using spektrum satellites. I had to change the I/O configuration of the tele ports to native from spektrum satellite.

Ahh!!!! - The ports have been on Spektrum instead telemetry ;-)
