Cloud logs start over after some changes?

The other day I made two changes, I edited the name of a model and I also added a UI sensor. When I looked at my details in the cloud today it shows as if the model has only been recording data for the past few days. Why is my older data gone?

We trigger "last known model name" for the cloud. The datas are still there - but can't be viewed with the UI.

Which Names / NEO Serial number was it?

yes please do so, the reason I changed it is because I recently fit a logo 600 head on my oxy 5 as an experiment and really like the way it feels. I will be keeping it like this for some time. Now if and when I do decide to change the name back to oxy will I have to contact you again to merge my data?
