vbar stuck in usb mode

Hi all, just purchased a vbar control touch today and trying to get it to work with my Mac and AccuRC. I can seem to get the usb mode to change it seems to be stuck in usb stick mode? When I click it it’s comes up with an action to stop it, but then stays on usb mode? Any help would be awesome. Do I have a faulty tx?

The required mode for a simulator is the default mode.

No action needed with "USB Mode" Button etc.

Hi it’s stuck in usb stick mode and doesn’t let me change it?

Okay - please turn it off while keeping the button on the back pressed unless it shuts down (approx. 30s).

Then restart with the button.
