vbar touch usb and windows 10

dear

i got problems with my vbc touch and windows 10, win10 is seenin my vbc as a storage divice and not as a gamecontroller

now ive downloaded the Win10 Creator Support...but thats not working at all,or im doing something wrong.

What is your intention?
Using it as Sim device or Updateing the VBCt?

For Sim - do NOT use the manager tool, just connect and configure as game controller in Windows.

For Updates - use Wifi. USB is only a backup on advise from service.

Yes...only for sim..but that's the problem windows dont see my vbc as a game controller, but as a storage divice...so i cant callibrate and use it for accurc.

Mine is recognized as Game controller here on W10. Just connect and it is there.

Did you NOT enable the "USB Stick mode" in the Menue or did you enable it?

Yes i enable it...i can here the tune of windows when i enable it..as i speak manager everything is working so we can say that the usb is working...only not as a game controller.....

Keep in mind NOT to enable it for Game Controller mode - just plug in as i stated for mine above. The Game Controller mode is default!

As you say...just plug in mini usb in vbc and usb in pc...NOT ENABLE usb mode and im fine?

Yes - probably configure the game controller in Windows (Start - Setup - Devices in Windows)

I guess nobody likes know-it-alls, but it's even written in the manual this is one major difference of VBar Control Touch, since it has WiFi for all update operations, USB is set to HID (game controller) by default, and 'USB Stick Mode' makes it a USB Stick, like a thumb drive, not like a Joystick

hm, afaik only D/A/CH get the German version of the manual, all other countries including The Netherlands should have the english one.
Maybe a mix-up.
