Macrocell Tail

Hi all,

I have a frient that has a bad signal connection on a tail channel of his neo (2nd time). I had an idea to map the flight controlled tail channel to an aux port and run the servo there.

It works flawlessly on the bench (gyro correction direction and control), is there any reason why this wouldn't work in flight?

This can be done with macrocells of couurse (just set a channel cell on AUX3, Input from Tail).

BUT - all MC driven outputs have 70 hz and 1500 us center, so the original output is the better one, can be setup to other center pulses and frequencies.
