Battery logs on Touch

It looks like the Touch has a limit on the number of batteries. I created battery 42 and it showed up fine but when I created battery 43 then 42 disappeared from the list but the files were still there when I looked with the USB cable. I had over 60 batteries on the Standard V-control and it all showed up fine.
