Cant download keyfile for v control

Hi Guys,

I have tried to download my keyfile so I can use my new V control.
However when I click on the download link I get re-directed to a blank page.

I have tried 3 different PC's running Linux deepin, Win 10 and Win 7.
Four different browsers with pop up stoppers disabled (IE11, Edge, Chrome and firefox).

Clearly the issue is at mikados end. Who do I call to get this fixed?

I tried to fill in a contact support form and it failed 'invalid serial number'

I haven't got the patience for all this 'locked in' nonsense- i just want to setup and fly.

So don't worry, i will sell my V-control and stick with FRsky- at least it does what it says on the tin!

Hi,

actually, there is no key file for VBar Control

The key file is necessary to validate a VBar NEO for use with the PC or Mac Setup Software.

With VBar Control, just register, load the Apps you want/need from the App Store, that's it.
NEOs just need to be registered, at least if you want to update and/or keep track of your units in your device list.
