vbar control satalite loosing signal

so I noticed that I had been getting some glitches in one of my vbar satellites signal and after doing some testing I thought maybe the antennas were bad so I replaced them. however this made no change at all the signal quality of the satellite and in the vbar control antenna status menu the signal is nearly always below the minimum line for safe flying. so it seems the item is faulty! can I send this back to you for repair or replacement?

It would be best to have a overview about the installation and also the event log (previous flights too) from this device. It might be possible that the reason for this could be external - and changing to a new one is a temporary fix only then.
