Vcontrol apps

Hi,
I have a pre owned vcontrol which I have registered to my account.

The problem I have is although the various apps I might use show as loaded, I can't seem to enable them, for example the timer app shows as loaded, however I can't seem to make it actice (showing as a green tick when active) on the vcontrol apps page. My TX links up OK and I can unload/load apps but not enable them.

which serial number is it - and which system version numer is shown at the start screen?

Is a model connected at this time?
