need new password to purchase from store

I am trying to purchase apps for a new neo. The store is not accepting my old password and i have requested a new one but no email to change password has arrived.
I would like to purchase the pro + rescue for the neo i have purchased for my new Logo 550. Thank you.

can you please send e-mail to service (at) mikado-heli (dot) de so I can check, in our system?
I assume you did check spam folders and even deleted items folders (at best directly at your web mail service), sometimes automated e-mails get filtered too easily. If possible, white list our domains vstabi.info and mikado-heli.de

Please also mind that the shop web site shop.mikado-heli.de is the leading system, you would want to manage you data there.
vstabi.info is only client and uses the shop web site only for authentication.
