Vbar neo problem firmware and bind

Hi

I'm having bind problem with vcontrol.
I tried updating firmware I did not succeed. now it gets looped in the update.
Can someone help me

cuould you try to start the pc in "safe mode with network" - so we have a native windows w/o any other programs loaded like anti virus etc?

Vbar neo keeps restarting in a loop

Hi Adriano,

what Windows version is it, and is it up to date? With Win 10 Creator there were issues, but they have been fixed by Microsoft (silently).

You could try this workaround if it's Win 10 Creator and maybe not fully updated.

I use windows 10 64 bit home.
Everything updated, other vbar neo works.
Only this one is in trouble it can not upgrade nor bind with radio.

I did check the serial no. again, all seems well. It seems to be current with the Pro firmware, so it should bind, and it should always connect to the VBar Control Manager, with the boot plug in place, if other devices do on the same computer.

I'm afraid, should everything fail, we should check the unit at our service shop.

Please be so kind and create a service request here www.vstabi.info/devices (My Devices) and we will see to it.
