Binding NEO to VBC

Hello again, Running on a MacBook with latest edition of Sierra.
I have a new NEO serial 20014924.
I have added Pro Rescue, VBAR Control Manager says it is registered. Key file downloaded and copied to the NEO 6.3 software in the contents where it says to place it here.
NEO talks to the NEW setup software both USB and Connection. Setup run and file saved.
Disconnected NEO and trying to Bind to VBAR Controller but It never shows as a selection.
I have tried with and without Bind plug inserted into NEO but no luck. What must I do to get this thing to Bind to the VBC? Must I send it to you or should I send it to you?

does this NEO have Antennas?

From our record here it is a non-Vlink ...

Rainer, omg, no wonder it wont bind! you are right! So this means I can only use it as an extention on another NEO? Or can I add vlink and antennas? Or what are my options since I,ve put pro rescue on it.
Maybe it is best I send it to service?

Not needed - just needing a conversion kit and a software upgrade in the app store .... the receiver is already built-in at this newer non-Vlink NEOs ;-)
