Hobbywing Telemetry and RPM

I just got a new touch. Apps are loaded. This was an existing Vbar setup Neo with vSat. Connected to my Classic Vcontrol I have telemetry and RPM and all works fine. With the Touch there is '0' RPM and no HW telemetry. What am I doing wrong? Apps are loaded and active.

For VGov usage: Is the RPM cable connected? (When RPM connected it is displayed even when no ESC telemetry is loaded - using VGOV RPM is mandatory needed here!)

For Telemetry: Is the HW App loaded (check App store, probably unload/load again)?
Is the Telemetry cable connected to the NEO?

So i loaded welcome and started over. RPM displays correctly if the HW app is NOT loaded.
Once I load the HW app RPM stops working and the HW app does not display anything but Temp.

Ok, so if I bind back to my Classic Vcontrol RPM, HW - mah used, pack voltage all works fine. It would seem there is an issue with my Vtouch HW app. I have reloaded, unloaded, erased and still the issue persists.

Which Firmware Version is displayed in Main screen w/o model?

I read your post on forcing firmware to 1.1.402 with USB, I did it... all works now!!

Thank you..... one question more... I bought my Touch from Helidirect, there were no AC plug adapters in the box.
where can I get them? I have the AC/DC power supply..... can you just get the US plug?

It must be 402 now - what does a wifi online update say? all Okay?

If yes - we have to force the update with USB in a special way:

- turn VBCt on
- turn off FULLY (press button >30s)
- connect to USB, run Manager tool
- press button while keeping left stick bottom right
- Manager will turn on, VBCt stays dark
- Update goes through USB now
- turn on normally, check, post version.
