Hey Guys I log into my account and under Administration>My Devices, Notting is in there, I have 5 neo's and one V-Touch. All I did was restore my V-touch after an boot error and after that I update my V-Touch, I did not update my neo's as yet.

How is the email of your current login?

Did you probably change it in the past at the Mikado Website?

No , I have this computer save the user name and password also I have it save in a text file.

Ok got it. Everything looks good now, what I did was update the neo from 6.3 to 6.4 and then click on apps where I had to register my neo.
