Missing vlink

Hi,

I've just purchased a new Neo from Midland Helicopters that was priced and advertised as having vlink, it also already has the antenna installed. When I have gone to register it the Neo is showing as non vlink in my devices and offering for me to pay to upgrade it.

Please can you assist

Edit: Please note this is no way me saying anything bad about Midland Helicopters I have only ever received exemplar service from them, the box says it is a vlink. I believe this is a genuine mistake in the factory with the unit being loaded with the incorrect firmware version.
