Vplane-possible to use 760mu pulse width servo?
March 05, 2016 06:01PM
I have a full set of heli servos sitting on the shelf and want to put them on a plane. I looked through vplane setup and I don't see the choice to choose 760 pulse width like for Futaba BLS251. Ideally I would like to use this servo on the rudder of the plane. But, not sure if I have the option.

Can someone confirm, or am I just missing a menu option somewhere?

No, we have no narrow pulse for planes. Never came to the idea that it may be of any use...

Maybe a thought for future update?

Seeing a lot of vbar users must have been helicopter pilots only until recently, surely there must be some used narrow pulse width servos sitting on the shelf like mine. Would have been nice to have to not buy an additional servo for this project.

As it is now I have a BLS251 and S9256 sitting on the shelf but still need to go to the store angry smiley

Depending on the size of the plane, the BLS251 have far too little torque for rudder use.

VControl, VBar on all.
