When will the green VConrtoller be released?

In Habo Ralf said it were to be released soon, do we have any time frame for that?
Is soon ~2 weeks or 2 month?

Will there be any other colours released this summer?
I would really like an neon green, non transparent version

Also, is there any plans for an v2 with a larger, higher resolution screen?
