Odd that noone has replied to this, but I believe you are correct, this washer should not make contact between the inner ball bearing race and the inner thrust bearing plate.

May it be that because of the small mass of the Logo 200/M2 rotor blades, that this is not causing major issues?

Have you tried replacing the washer with a larger diameter one? It would be interresting to learn if it makes a (positive) difference.

Just checked the manuals for the various OMP M2 versions. While the regular M2 and M2 V2 is using the same washer as the Logo 200, the M2 Explore actually has a large diameter washer (Ø4xØ6x0.1 mm) in this location:

I replaced with bigger dia. The test pilot OMP committed that is bug and in M2 Evo this issue already fixed.
