New alu head and grips will they fit to 600 sx?

Hi Guys just quick question. Can I just swap the black head with plastic grips to the new aluminiu ones? Also are the grips sold separately not as pairs?

yes, it's all interchangeable. And yes, looks like the blade grip is sold as a single item, #05100.
