Reduced vibration

I am looking at reducing the vertical vibration in a radio Controlled helicopter

I need to measure the phase of the Radio Controlled helicopters main rotor head so i can then ensure the dc motor i will use as a “shaker” will be 180 degrees out of phase. My question is is it even possible to measure the phase of a radio controlled helicopter?
