Logo 480 Clamp ring will not stay fixed

Hello all.

The clamp ring of my logo 480 will not stay fixed.
This afternoon after about 20 flight it was loose again for the third time.
I turn the ring on to a point that I think it wil almost breaks. I cant get him tighter.
Does anyone have a tip so that it stays in place?

are you using any lubricant there, to the bearings, shaft etc., that could have crept between the clamp ring and the shaft?

do You use thread lock on the clamp ring screw?

Only thing that come to my mind is just simply try a new one. Where do You usually get Mikado parts from?

Jes i do use thread lock on the clamp ring screw.

I have no fixed dealer, I buy there where the parts that I need are in stock.
